Terms of service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling If unforeseen circumstances prevent a photo shoot from occurring, the session may be rescheduled once without penalty if notified at least 48-hours in advance. Failure to give 48-hours notice will result in the loss of the session fee. Clients are encouraged to call if a cancellation is necessary. The photographer reserves the right to reschedule the session due to circumstances beyond control, such as extreme weather, illness, or technical malfunction of equipment.
Punctuality Please arrive at your session on time and ready to begin. Arriving late will decrease the time of your session. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your scheduled time, your session fee may be forfeited. Please limit attendance to those being photographed plus one. If there are special circumstances, please let me know.
Image Gallery After careful review of the photographs taken during the client’s session, the photographer will edit and present to the client only those photographs that best represent the photographer's work.
Model Release The client grants the photographer the right to use any photographs taken in conjunction with the client's own or a fictitious name, in any way for advertising, promotion, exhibition or other lawful purposes. The client agrees to waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs.
Retention After 90 days, all images will be purged, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by photographer at photographer’s sole discretion. The photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond the photographer’s control.
Retainers When booking your session, you are required to pay a non-refundable retainer. No sessions will be secure unless this retainer has been made. If we discuss a date for your session via email or any other form of communication that date is not confirmed until your retainer has been received. a deposit.
Session Fee Session fees are due in full before the start of your scheduled session. Once a session fee is paid in full it cannot be refunded. If you need to reschedule we will apply your credit to your future session.
Location Cost & Travel Fee The client will be responsible for the cost of any locations outside of a reasonable distance from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Any travel and any locations not within 80 miles of Baton Rouge will incur an additional charge per mile traveled.
